- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would like to take the opportunity to put pen to paper showing my appreciation and gratitude to my new Dentist, Matty. Having experienced such horrible dental appointments as a child, my anxiety goes through the roof when I attend any dentist appointments now. I cannot thank Matty enough for how he handled my anxiety; he actually listened to what I was saying, understood where I was coming from and made me feel at ease which meant I could trust him. The procedure barely took 10 mins but it took me so much more time leading up to the procedure but his understanding and caring nature finally got me there. Now I have a plan as well, that’s excellent, gives me something to work towards. I also want to thank the dental nurse as well; she has such a gentle caring nature too.
